VLI is uniquely experienced and positioned to supply turnkey drilling equipment packages, drilling and technical support services for gas, water and oil drainage, geological exploration and assessment, ground stabilisation and management services to underground mines throughout the world.

For many years VLI has had a strong presence throughout Asia, and given our Chinese links it is only natural that VLI has a strong presence in the People’s Republic of China. With offices and facilities in Beijing and Taiyuan (China), Moscow and the Kuzbass in Siberia (Russia) and Kolkata (India), VLI has positioned itself in and around Asia, Eurasia and the Sub Continent to best service this dynamically developing region both as a supplier of sophisticated mining equipment and contract drilling and mining related services.

Our parent company TMG (Taiyuan Heavy Machinery Group), is one of the largest mining manufacturing companies in China, and indeed the world. Based in Taiyuan, Shanxi Province it manufactures a huge array of equipment for both underground and open-cut mining operations. With the strength of TMG, VLI is able to support a range of projects throughout the Asian continent and will continue to be at the forefront of Asian mining equipment and bulk materials handling technology manufacture and service.
